HOW DO I ADD A CUSTOMIZED FORM LIKE THE ONE ON THE CONTACT PAGE AND HAVE IT EMAILED TO ME WHEN SUBMITTED?  THANKS

Here is how you can create another form that is similar to your contact us page.

  1. Login to your site at http://login.webpiston.com.

  1. Click on “Cancel” on the bottom left of the page and then click on “Cancel Assistant”.
  2. Click on “Classic Console” at the bottom left of the page.
     
  3. Click on “Edit your Site” on the right side of the page. 
     
  4. Now click on “New Page” on the bottom of the screen. A new box will open up with some things for you to add.

The Link Text is what shows up in the left hand navigation on the site.

The Page Title is what shows up on the browser window when someone goes to your site.

The Page FileName isn’t important. This should automatically be created for you. 

  1. Choose the “Sibling” option and then click the Create button.
  2. Select the “Form Builder Wizard”. 
     
  3. Select the “Contact Us Form” and click on “Next” and use the custom fields to add more options.

When you are done, the custom form page will be created for you. Give me a call if you have any questions about these instructions.
