What I suggest you try doing is following these steps:
Try following these steps in your AOL to see if it will work:
- Login to your AOL account.
- Click on “Safety”.
- Click on “Settings”.
- Click on “Internet [Web] Options”.
- Click on “Internet Explorer Settings”.
- Click on “Settings”.
- At the top of the screen, make sure the option of “Every Visit To The Page” is checked.
- Click “OK” and then “OK” again.
- Restart your AOL and try it again.
If that doesn't work, you will have to call AOL and see what the reason for this is.
