Removing Web Piston ad in Footer

As much as I appreciate working with Web Piston, and will continue to promote it, I would perfer to do it on my own terms.

I would like the option to remove the :

"Make a website using Web Piston Web Site Builder "

on the footer. It lessens the professional appeal I am looking for.

There is no way of removing that from your site. When you agreed to our Terms of Service, this is stated in section 10.12:



10.12. Release. Customer consents to Rivergy's displaying of a link to Customer's content on its website and other, third-party websites, and customer grants Rivergy the right to display ads, links and other information of Rivergy ("Rivergy Content") on Customer's website or to make any Rivergy Content viewable to a person, when viewing Customer's Content, without any payment to Customer. Rivergy may use Customer's Content for the purposes of commercially advertising the Web Piston™ service, and Customer consents to such use for any advertising and promotional purposes without payment to customer. Such commercial use may be used to reduce the cost of providing the service and for generating profit.
