Smile [:)]Welcome to the online marketing forum

Hello everybody!

Welcome to the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) forum. I am the Village Chief and moderator of this forum. I am in charge for the online marketing of Web Piston and Rivergy and therefore, very familiar with Search Engine Optimization and online marketing.

WebPiston.com is top 10 in natural searches for very competitive keywords such as web site builder in MSN and top 20 for most of our keywords on Google, MSN, and Yahoo to name a few. It has taken us some time to get there, but during the journey we have learned very valuable lessons and best practices.

We would love to share these practices with our fellow Web Piston users and help you drive as much traffic to your site as possible.

Please do not hesitate to ask any questions.

Thank you. Smile [:)]

Re: Welcome to the online marketing forum

Hi, I have been studying up on how to write great titles, copy, etc. I am still baffled tho, as how to write effective, to the point, titles and copy for my website. I keep seeing to be sure to speak to the customers needs and list the benefits to the customer.

Would anyone be able to list on this forum some examples of how to do this?

I gather this is pretty accurate: A visitor to a website is thinking: "What's in this for me? How can I benefit from buying from this site, etc?"

Any help or specific examples/ideas on this would be very much appreciated! I sell many kinds of beauty products, and I am trying to figure out how to list the benefits to the customer.

Thank you,

Annsbeauty.
