SO my friends say that business blog is a good way to raise PageRanks of a website. They have SEO ability built in them. Is this true? Thanks

Hi,
Linking a blog to your site might be a good idea to increase your page rank just as long as the content is relevant and you keep the content fresh.

Here is how you can create a link to your blog on your website. If you don't have a blog, you can do a Google search to find a blog program. One that I have used before is blogger.com. After you have created your blog, follow the steps below.
Login to your site at http://login.webpiston.com.
Click on “Add A Page Assistant”
You are going to want to start a new page, so enter in the name of the page in the page name box and click on the “Create Page” button. For example, the new page could be called myblog.html.
On the next page, you will be adding the keywords, page title and link name. The most important item here is the link name. That is what is going to show up on the left side of your site as a link for people to click.
On the next page, you will see a preview of the site. Click the “Next” button at the top right of the page to continue.
For the next screen, click the “Next” button and then click the “Continue” button. Then click on the “Finish” button.
On the main screen, click on “Edit Site Navigation”.
Click on the small pencil for the page that you just created. On the screen that comes up, select “URL” and type in the address right next to the http:// box. Click on “OK” and then click on the “Return To Console” button at the top right of the screen.
Then click on "Publish Assistant" and follow the steps to publish your site so that the link to your blog will be on your site.
