Everytime I try to perform this action it falls into the body of the page and leaves large blank spaces. Does anyone know how to do this? Help appreciated. Answer soon. Ghost!    Report

But if you are talking about that you want to put something underneath your links on the left side of the page (Home, Contact Us, Products, etc.), you cannot put anything there.
